Return & Refund Policy
At Levani, we take pride in delivering premium-quality products crafted with care and precision. Every order is thoroughly inspected before dispatch to ensure it meets our quality standards.
🇮🇳 Returns & Refunds – India
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging
- Returns are applicable for:
- Damaged or defective products
- Incorrect product received
- Size-related issues
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will initiate a refund or replacement, as applicable. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
🇦🇪 Returns & Refunds – United Arab Emirates (UAE)
- Prepaid orders only
- Returns are accepted only in case of damaged, defective, or incorrect items
- Return requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
Due to the international nature of shipping:
- Returns or refunds are not accepted for size, fit, or personal preference
- Customs duties, import taxes, and VAT paid by the customer are non-refundable
In approved cases, we will offer a replacement or store credit, based on availability.

- Items purchased during sales or promotions
- Gift cards
- Products damaged due to improper use or care
